Tarot Cards

Relying on tarot cards to determine your future can be risky. But it can also be fun.

It's In the Cards...or Is It?
Everyone has different views on tarot cards. Some believe they hold the keys to the future, while others believe it can be a guide, and others think it's just fun to get a tarot card reading. It's even more fun if some of the things that the tarot cards predict come true. That's almost scary!

Using tarot readings as a guide or for fun is the best way to go. If you take them too seriously though, you might end up confused and misinformed. (Of course, this is just the opinion of someone who thinks a tarot reading can be fun.) If you go online, you can find websites that give free tarot card readings. You'll find that although there seems to be some shred of truth to some of the cards, you're going to find that there are about an equal number of cards that seem to have no basis in your reality whatsoever. That's why you shouldn't try to base it in reality.

Now, other people think astrology is the way to go when it comes to getting advice on love and life. You've heard of this--it's why people ask each other, "What's your sign?" If you are a Virgo and believe that the only people compatible for you are Cancers, Leos or Scorpios because of astrology, you could be missing out on some great people. It's true that some people are more well-suited for each other than others, but it's doubtful that their signs have anything to do with it.

You might think tarot cards are the way to go, or astrology works for you, or you might choose to rely on your own intuition. And really, your intuition is the best indicator of how things really are.
